How do I know which product is right for my child?

Can I see or feel Little BE products before purchasing?
Little BE occasionally participates in pop-ups and physical events where parents can experience our products in person. Follow @littlebe_sg for our latest event announcements.
Are the colours shown online exactly the same as the actual product?
We make every effort to represent our product colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Orders and Delivery
Where does Little BE deliver?
We deliver to addresses within Singapore. Available delivery methods and applicable charges will be shown during checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on order volume, weekends, public holidays and courier conditions. Your estimated delivery information will be provided during the ordering process where applicable. Typically it would take between 3-5 working days. Please feel free to contact us if you require urgent delivery, express delivery surcharges apply.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment so there are no surprises.
Do you offer free delivery?
Free-delivery promotions or minimum-spend offers may be available from time to time. Please refer to the latest promotion details or your cart at checkout for current eligibility.
How can I track my order?
Once tracking information is available, it will be provided through the relevant order or shipping notification. Tracking updates are subject to the courier's system.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact Little BE as soon as possible with your order details and the correct address. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been handed over for delivery, changes may not always be possible.
What happens if nobody is home to receive my parcel?
Delivery arrangements depend on the courier handling your order. Where applicable, the courier may contact you or provide instructions regarding redelivery or safe placement of the parcel.
My parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check your latest tracking information first. If your parcel appears delayed beyond the expected delivery period, contact Little BE with your order number and we will assist you in checking the delivery status.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging so our team can review the matter and assist you.
Can I combine two separate orders into one delivery?
If both orders have not yet been processed or dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, although order consolidation cannot be guaranteed.

What makes BEcomfy Pillows different from regular children’s pillows?
BEcomfy Pillows are thoughtfully designed for everyday parenting — combining comfort, breathability and easy care. Can I wash the entire BEcomfy Pillow?
Yes. The entire BEcomfy Pillow can be machine washed, not just the pillowcase. This makes it much easier to keep your child’s sleeping environment fresh and hygienic. Little BE's recommendation is to wash your pillow regularly.
Will the pillow lose its shape after washing?
BEcomfy Pillows are designed to maintain their shape wash after wash when the recommended care instructions are followed.
Can BEcomfy Pillows be tumble dried?
Yes. They are designed to be tumble dryable, making them especially convenient for Singapore’s humid climate and those days when you need your little one’s pillow ready again quickly.
Which BEcomfy Pillow should I choose for my child?
Our pillow range comes in Infant, Toddler and Junior sizes to support children through different stages of growth. We recommend selecting the pillow according to your child’s age, sleeping needs and the product-specific recommendations shown on each product page.
Does the pillow come with a pillowcase?
Yes each BEcomfy comes with a pillowcase. Additional BEcomfy Pillowcases are available separately, allowing you to keep a spare ready between washes.

What sizes are the Little BE Breastmilk Storage Bags available in?
Our Breastmilk Storage Bags are available in 100ml, 150ml and 200ml, giving parents the flexibility to store different feeding portions while helping to minimise milk wastage.
Which breastmilk storage bag size should I choose?
This depends on how much your baby typically drinks per feed. Smaller bags are useful for smaller feeds, top-ups or early-stage milk storage, while larger capacities are convenient as your baby's feeding volume increases.
Can breastmilk be frozen in the storage bags?
Please follow the storage, freezing, thawing and usage instructions printed on the packaging to ensure the bags are used correctly and safely.
How do I use the Little BE Baby Oral Cleaner?
